We disavow any communications, statements, or actions that do not align with our mission, core values, code of ethics, voice and tone guidelines, or any aspect of our broader strategies.

Any statements or actions that deviate from these principles are preemptively and publicly disavowed and do not represent the views or values of Intact Global or our movement.

We reserve the right to remove or dissociate from any such content across our platforms.

What We Disavow

• Unauthorized Use of Intact Global's Name & Branding: We disavow any use of our name, logo, branding, slogans etc without permission.
• Undermining Our Mission: We disavow any messaging that does not fully support the goals and success of our movement.
• Violence: We disavow any action or threat of action that promotes or incites physical violence against anyone for any reason whatsoever.
• Harassment: We disavow any behavior that continually and repeatedly annoys or harasses an individual or group, whether online or offline.
• Doxxing: We disavow the publishing of private or identifying information about an individual or group without their consent.
• Division: We disavow any attempts to divide the Intact movement by politics, religion, ideology, race, sex, or any other means.
• Personal Attacks: We disavow tactics that attack a person’s character rather than the merit of their arguments.
• Misrepresentation: We disavow any misleading or distorted facts about Intact Global, Inc., its mission, its partners, or the issues it advocates for.
• False Associations: We disavow any attempts to falsely associate key members of our organization or movement with unsavory ideologies.
• Toxifying Discourse: We disavow intentionally derogatory, hateful, extreme, or otherwise harmful content.
• Concern Trolling: We disavow any person or group pretending to support our movement while simultaneously trying to derail our efforts.
• Dog Whistling: We disavow all forms of coded language that are intended to convey hidden messages that do not align with our values.
• Rage-Baiting: We disavow any inflammatory or off-topic messaging designed to provoke people and derail constructive discussions.
