Why we chose our initiatives
Our core initiatives were established by evaluating them for alignment with our mission, researching gaps and opportunities, planning to acquire necessary resources, and developing strategies for execution.
Our core initiatives were established by evaluating them against these four criteria:
- Alignment: We assessed every potential action for alignment with our mission and vision;
- Opportunities: We conducted research to identify gaps and opportunities;
- Resources: We created a plan to acquire the resources needed to execute the initiative;
- Plan: We developed strategies to execute each initiative.
