Programs Evaluation

How we assess our initiatives' efficacy

We evaluate our initiatives based on measurable outcomes, data support for continued efforts, opportunities for improvement, and how effectively each initiative advances our mission.

The performance of our initiatives are evaluated against the following four criteria:

  1. Measurable Outcomes: We assess whether each initiative produces quantifiable results that align with our mission;
  2. Data Supported: We analyze the data to determine if the initiative’s results justify continued efforts and resource allocation;
  3. Opportunities for Improvement: We identify areas within each initiative that offer potential improvement;
  4. Does It Move the Needle: Ultimately, we evaluate how effectively each initiative advances us toward achieving mission success.
